Arrrrrgh the website woes!

There’s a hangover from the DNS problem from last month and I am a worthless webmaster that it took me so long and a phone call from a reader to realize it.

The fedback form on my main website is not working for almost a month! Can you imagine the amount of business I’ve successfully lost through not bothering to check all through the site when the old problem was sorted?

I don’t know what the problem is. The form returns an internal server error that speak of premature ending of headers or similar. I feel like pulling my hair out. I didn’t notice that I hadn’t received mail from that form for a MONTH!!!???!!!

It still hasn’t been sorted. The love affair with the hosting providers continues with its predictable monotony, where their first response was that the form was fine. FINE? Did they seriously imagine I opened a ticket to ask them how they felt my form looked? Damn it, I don’t care how pretty or ugly that form is, until it starts working!

For those who are new and clueless about what this “main site” is, its the site http://www.wide-aware.com This site is my bread and butter in the offline world, my learning curve in the online world, and an obsession overall.
