witness the power the Web. It appears, I am not the only one “railing” against bureaucracy, and large, powerful organized academia, and hr departments – in the West or the East. I am looking for the author of this letter, And would like to correspond with him. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

I’m removing the letter from here, as someone pointed out that it could get the student into trouble with the university. I should have thought of that before.

Hi, I am the author of the said letter. I have finally decided to diffuse it on a wider scale. Please visit the Initiative For Well-being & Ethics (IFWE) at http://www.ifwe-du.com. You will find the letter posted there, as well as many other writings and projects related to ethics and well-being (or lack thereof) at the University of Delhi. Thanks, Laurent.
